OverviewEvery week, eligible players can receive 5 – 10% cashback on their net losses upon level across all products (Sports & Top Games).This cashback is awarded as real cash directly to your wallet—not bonus funds—meaning it comes with zero wagering requirements and can be withdrawn or used instantly.

2. How Cashback Works

Weekly Schedule: Credited every Monday at 07:01 AM (Sri Lanka Time).
Cashback Rate:5 – 10% of your eligible net losses.
Eligible Products: All bets placed in Sportsbook and Top Games.
Format: Real cash added directly to your main account balance.

3. Eligibility Criteria & Net Balance FormulaTo qualify for weekly cashback, your account must maintain a Positive Net Balance (Net Loss).{Net Loss} = {Total Deposits} - {Total Withdrawals} + {Previous Cashbacks}

Eligible: You qualify if your total deposits are greater than your total withdrawals plus past cashbacks received.
Ineligible: If you have withdrawn more than you deposited since your last cashback, you are not eligible—even if you experienced losses on individual bets during the week.

5. Important Rules & Conditions

Dynamic Calculation: Your cashback limit and eligibility are dynamic and recalculate every time you make a withdrawal.
Real Losses Only: Cashback applies strictly to net losses resulting from real cash deposits. Losses from bonus funds or prior cashback credits do not qualify.
No "Cashback on Cashback": Withdrawing cashback funds and redepositing them will not count as new deposits unless additional fresh funds are added.
Tracking & Support: You can view your last credited cashback in your account history. If you are unsure of your qualification status, contact Customer Support to verify your current dynamic limit based on your deposit and withdrawal history.

6. Technical Issues & Settlement RightsIn case of technical errors, system failures, incorrect bonus credits, or settlement issues, LS.BET reserves the right to review, adjust, correct, cancel, or modify affected bonuses and winnings.
